Communication from the hosts was great, very easy to understand the pick up and drop off process at Nashville's airport. Like others have mentioned, the third row is certainly small (we had 6 adults in the car, and it was a tight squeeze). But the car was clean and in good condition!

Thanks for the review! As previous guests have noted, the Tiguan’s third row is small and best suited for children or smaller passengers. We appreciate that you were aware of this before booking with six adults. We share this information so groups with multiple adults can consider a larger SUV if more space is needed. The car was great and the whole rental experience was super easy! Our host even dropped it off at our home a couple hours early at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. We ended up extending our rental an extra day, and that was seamless too.
We drove from Nashville to Memphis for our wedding festivities and had zero issues. It drove great, everything worked, and there was PLENTY of space—we left with way more luggage and gifts than we started with. 😂 The sunroof, remote start, and CarPlay were definitely a plus. Just bring a cord for CarPlay unless you have a wireless CarPlay adapter.
A couple FYIs: there’s an alert if you go over 80 mph because of the winter tires—it’s just a notification, nothing wrong with the car. Also, there’s a noticeable no-smoking sticker on the passenger side, so keep that in mind if you’re renting it for photos. And baby, them leather seats get HOT in the summer. 😂 Bring something to sit on!
Overall, this was one of the most affordable nice-looking SUVs we found, and we’d absolutely rent it again. Great car, great communication, and an easy experience from beginning to end!
