The host was great. Very prompt and professional and made the pick up and drop off a flawless transaction. I've rented this vehicle multiple times and it has been a great fit for my trips. This time the left headlight went out and I was pulled over. I only got a warning and I let the host know about the incident. The host handled the issue right away.
