Short-notice rental booked about 20 hours in advance.
I selected airport pickup and drop-off. Pickup happened to be at the airport (owner said it was coincidental). Drop-off was a shuttle to the airport rather than the location I originally expected. I was ready to return the car early and had to wait for the shuttle.
I was refunded the airport pickup/drop-off fees, but I would have preferred the convenience I originally booked.
Car was clean. Owner was friendly, very responsive early in the morning, and communication was good.
