When I raised the location issue with the host, they said it's an airport lot, so that's why it's listed at the airport. This was not an airport economy or long-term lot. It was 2.5 miles away in the city, which makes the listing misleading. I chose early flights to avoid delays, and this defeated the purpose.
The car also didn't come with an adapter for non-Tesla chargers, which made finding a compatible charger difficult at times. For a rental, I'd expect one to be included.
I prepaid for EV charging so I wouldn't have to worry about it at drop-off, yet every drop-off message repeatedly told me to charge to full to avoid fees. I understand these are automated, but they should reflect the booking. The host also refused to let me return the car at the airport, and I had to get approval from Turo support to leave it there without being charged.
Turo support was helpful and agreed the car should have been delivered to the airport. I'd recommend this car, but not this host's airport listing.
