Terrific service and flexibility from Jonathan and Cynthia made our trip one of our best. Very nice car and fun to drive, plus great responsiveness made everything flow smoothly. Truly appreciated it!

I am grateful for the car, but there were issues
- Although the owner cleaned the car prior to the rental, the car smelled like smoke and the smoke smell never went away
- The brakes shake
- The check engine light came on
- The crevices were dirty
When I mentioned these issues at the beginning, middle, and end of my rental period, the host told me what they would do next time, but never did anything to make my experience better.
I was disappointed ☹️
