We were canceled on 2 hours before our reservation was supposed to begin and the car that was canceled was then re-listed for a higher price and we were left with a smaller vehicle that did not fit our group but still had to pay pretty much the same price

We're truly sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the previous guest failed to return the vehicle on time despite multiple contact attempts, so Turo canceled that reservation. We stayed in touch and offered alternative vehicles, and you chose the Mazda CX-5. We also provided free airport delivery and a discount. Thank you for your understanding.
