The car was fine, everything ran great. Only reason for a 4 star was because we had to wait an hour for someone to bring us the keys. It was resolved and we were still able to get the vehicle and have a great one week trip.
So sorry again! This was due to us being out of town and the nephew who was supposed to leave the keys made a mistake and did not! Unfortunately this was a big issue and totally our fault but not a normal occurrence!

Great car I was nervous because of the 2016 year but this car runs like a brand new vehicle. And the host is top notch Tyler is very communicative and polite I would definitely use his vehicle again.
No smoking allowed
