Host did not send me pick up information until 2 hours after we picked it up, got mad at cause i could see pick information then harassed me. God please give tbis person grace learning how to have better customer service.

All the information needed for the guest to find the car was uploaded before their trip started. The guest got an attitude with because they could not find the car in the lot. The guest ride and obnoxious. The other driver called me out my name. I was nothing but respectful and resourceful. This was the guest first using TURO. They took their frustration out on me.
