I believe you're referring to the pickup process. This took longer than expected because of the I.D. verification had to be verified through Turo support specialists due to you having a non U.S. Identification. I apologize for any inconvenience and hopefully this won't be an issue with your bookings in the future. Thank you for being a good guest.
The vehicle is exceptionally nice and the service/communication provided by the host was equally matched which made the entire experience 10/10 as all my expectations were exceeded. Definitely looking forward to booking again!
