This was our first time using Turo. I will ALWAYS use Turo for any future rental needs. The vehicle was exactly as advertised. We specifically wanted a GMC Denali XL and it’s what we got. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. Great trip vehicle. Our entire family was happy and comfortable.

Super clean and nice, but the air conditioner doesn’t work and it was 97 degrees outside so we had to end the trip, get a refund and scramble to find another rental - with it being a holiday weekend, nearly impossible so we are squeezed into a much smaller suv for the next 3 hours as we drive to our destination. Not happy.

The A/C issue was unexpected, and I understand how frustrating that must have been, especially in the summer heat. The problem has since been fully repaired, and the vehicle is back to operating as it should. I appreciate your feedback, as it helped ensure this issue was resolved promptly.
