The owner was good at getting what I needed

Car quality wasn’t good! Check engine light came on between thirty minutes to an hour after picking up the car! As I got closer to my trip destination the car had shut off on me multiple times definitely more than twenty times. Host had responded but wasn’t understanding that I was out of town by then and couldn’t turn around being ten hours away. This was a very frustrating experience as well I was left on read by the host after explaining the situation, Never said anything back! I messaged the host Friday night letting him know that I was dropping off the and where I left the keys. Got a message back Saturday just saying okay thanks nothing else!!
Hi Reana, sorry about your experience. We did offer a free swap if there was any issue, but you didn’t follow up to arrange it. Also, the return was scheduled for Saturday at 10 AM, but you messaged Friday around 11 PM saying you left the car and the key in the gas cap—I saw your message the next morning and replied “okay, thanks” to confirm.

The car quality was not very good, however their customer service was good. They allowed me to swap it for a different vehicle.
