This vehicle was nothing like it was advertised or I paid for. The car had damage, some was disclosed but several other damages were not identified before the trip. The car was dirty inside, with dirt and some debrief and gunk in cup holders. The most unsanitary issue was a used bandaid left under the seat. Clearly no care was taken with the vehicle. The driver window was inoperable, and the door electronics began to go out, resulting in a constant buzzing from the door handle and the other windows not working reliably. The most concerning issue was heavily screeching and slow brakes, which became a safety concern. With each newfound issue, the host became less responsive. I had to contact turo to cancel the trip. I have documentation for every issue, so please be very weary of this listing or others by the host. I've used turo many times with no issues. But this was not a safe or sanitary option for my family.
I am a five star host and my reviews show that. Kelsey has 2026 taste on a 2016 budget and sent constant messages about minor issues she would try and find. I was clear and upfront about window motor button and told her I would replace as soon as possible. She also did not replace the gas and trying to stick me with the bill and she tried bullying me into letting her return the car in illegal areas of the airport against Turo policies that would result in me being fined. Beware of this Renter!
