Car had a smoke odor to it that was annoying. We purchased a deodorizer to help tolerate the odor. Host does not respond to messages in a timely manner. I messaged months before about airport drop off and heard the day we arrived that we hadn’t arranged for it. Better communication would be appreciated. Car ran smoothly other than the brakes were very touchy! CarPlay was easy to use and worked well.
