Poor service all around, especially with regards to asking any questions.
Guest was clearly informed multiple times that pickup was at ParkMyShare (in listing and confirmation). They requested free custom delivery, which was declined with options to modify or cancel, but took no action. Claimed long shuttle wait, but timestamps contradict this. Arrived 2 hours late without notice. Later requested custom drop-off mid-trip, which isn’t allowed. Guest expected free services and remained dissatisfied despite clear communication and adherence to Turo policies.
