Vehicle interior was dirty at pickup and had a strong vape / weed smell. Host was totally unresponsive to it. There was supposed to be a lockbox on the car. Spent time only to discover it had been placed on another car. Host acted surprised about cracks and preexisting damage to the windshield, despite being mentioned in detail in another review and still un repaired for this rental.

Car was nice, however, had some damage to the side and windshield that did not affect operation of the car. Upon retrieving the car location was convenient and as described, however car displayed message that service was past due and on the second day of driving the car I received a warning notice that oil was at minimum level so I contacted owners agent and they agreed to reimburse me if I added a quart. Also brakes pulsated when slowing at higher speeds possibly warped
rotors or an issue with antilock breaking. Other than that, very nice car and everything went well.

This was a great experience and very easy process. The only minor issue is that the vehicle needs brake pads or rotors. I heard squeaky sounds when you’ come to stop.
