The car was perfect for our trip, but the best part was the host. We had some issues with the AC on our first full day, and while I was anticipating needing to bring it somewhere, he told us to continue with our day and he would locate the car at the shopping mall and check it out. We had no issues after that, and I can't tell you how much it was appreciated that he took the time out of his day to ensure everything was running smoothly. The ease of use and communication was top notch!
