Easy breezy pick up. Car was as described. Great ride! Host was quick to respond. I would rent again.

Overall car drove fine (like a rental), was very clean, and got us from A to B. However, we did have some issues with check in. The host did put this in the middle of a lengthy initial message, but I missed it and did not realize I needed to send a selfie WITH the car before she would send me the lockbox code at pick up. This complicated our pick up process after we made it to the car from our cross country flight with a baby, heavy car seat, and luggage. Also, she said the driver seat adjustment lever was loose (but usable) in the same message. It was completely broken off and it was set very low so it was difficult for me to see over the steering wheel. The host offered to address it about an hour or so after I sent the message about it but we were already at our destination. So she said they would look into this when we returned it, but given that it was rented to me in this condition and I was told it was just loose at first, I wanted to note it for others.

Regarding the seat adjustment lever, the handle was loose prior to the trip and noted in the vehicle details. When reported, I responded and offered assistance. We appreciate your feedback and wish you safe travels.
