Noah was great and was very good at communication. The only issue we had was trunk space when it came to our luggage. Since I did not see an image of the trunk during booking my party and I were shocked with how small it was but we made it work!

The car was as expected. The Car Seats were nice to have, but installed correctly. Really glad we checked before driving off. Also, didn't love being told we had to pay $24 to exit the parking lot after we booked the car. Otherwise, it was great.

I am sorry the parking fee caused dissatisfaction, I know this is an added cost, that is why I am up front with this to everyone immediately upon booking, that way everyone has at least 24 hours to cancel for a full refund!
