This was a great car, really a pleasure to drive. Had good air-conditioning and good handling. Deathly would recommend. The hose had great communication.

The car was clean, ran very smoothly, and appeared well maintained. It also gets great gas mileage (over 450 miles in a full tank) and has plenty of space! VoyaJen was very clear and communicative before the trip, during the trip and as my time with the car was coming to an end. Pickup was quick and seamless (due to information provided by VoyaJen and the process used for pickup). Pickup location was easy to access, not far off main road, public and convenient. I intend on checking with VoyaJen’s rental page for availability for my next trip and would recommend their services to others. No complaints, issues or concerns with my rental/trip.

Car was 30 minutes late, oil light was on, tires were screechy. Tire pressure light also came on. Would not book again.
The oil light did not come on, it reads 95%, doesn't come on until it reads 20%
Tire light came on because we found a nail in the tire, it was not there before the trip started. We were advised to charge you for the tire, but we didn't
Vehicle reported multiple rapid acceleration, rash braking, sharp corner turn. we could have ask for the vehicle to be returned, but we didnt

Car was perfect for what we needed. Just to travel around Naples. Easy pick up and drop off spot. Host was very responsive.
