Car was in great shape! It was clean and rode very smoothly! Luxurious inside!! We were however VERY DISAPPOINTED that it was an electric car and were unaware that it was electric. An electric car is not practical at all. Too much charging causing a time constraint. Would NEVER rent an electric car again!
We’re honestly surprised by this review. The vehicle is clearly listed as 100% electric in both the title and the description of the listing. Guests who book this vehicle typically do so specifically because they want an EV experience.
If an electric vehicle wasn’t suitable for your needs, we would have completely understood canceling the reservation beforehand or selecting one of the many gas vehicles available on the platform.
