Overall, the rental experience was great. The unlimited miles were a huge advantage and made the trip much easier and more enjoyable.
The only issue was the cleanliness at pickup. It looked like the previous guest may have been to the beach, because there was quite a bit of sand inside the vehicle. I ended up spending a couple of hours cleaning it myself before fully enjoying the rental.
Other than that, everything went smoothly and I had a very good experience overall.
