Worst experience I’ve ever had. They gave me the car low on oil and assured me it was fine. Shortly after, the oil warning light came on, and they told me to go to a gas station, buy oil myself, and top it off.
I informed them that I would rather take the car to a mechanic, and the mechanic later confirmed that they had even recommended the wrong type of oil for the vehicle. The lady I talked to was very unprofessional over the phone and wasted a significant amount of my time dealing with an issue that should have been addressed before giving me the car.
