The car was fine; clean and ran well, except for a weak key fob.
I can’t give 5 stars because of the wrong pickup location. It was 4 or 5 blocks from the agreed place. He gave us no prior warning or directions
, so we spent a good deal of time searching for the car, dragging heavy luggage over cobblestone streets, weaving through throngs of people, asking where the named place was. A terrible start to our vacation!
