Juliet was awesome, she dropped the car off for us, it was clean, and it made our trip easier!

Juliet was very friendly, responsive, and met us at the ferry for pick up and drop off. The car was clean and reliable. Would love to rent from her again next time we’re on the island!

We had multiple issues with this rental. The person who dropped the vehicle off forgot to leave the key and took it with them, which was obviously unintentional, but frustrating, leaving us stuck for a while. They asked for the SUV to be refueled with premium gas, which is not something required or even recommended for Toyota Highlanders. Our biggest issue, however, was that the rear lift gate didn’t raise up all the way, stopping at about neck level on an average height male. We hit our heads on it multiple times as we were loading/unloading things out of the back through the course of the rental. It got us from A to B, but we won’t go with this particular vehicle in the future.
