I had a wonderful experience renting from Svetlana! Everything went perfectly, and the car was in great condition. What I appreciated the most was how kind, attentive, and helpful Svetlana was throughout the entire process. She made everything so easy and pleasant. Wrangler was clean and in good shape but had a 6 month expired inspection sticker. No problem it's Nantucket.
Was looking forward to driving the beaches as I had confirmed with the owner before I was charged, that all we needed was a day pass for Great Point. No such luck. We were turned away as you can't by a day pass for a rental vehicle. The owner offered to swap out the Jeep for another so long as we told the guard shack it was our personal Jeep. Decided to stick to the Town beaches once the owner texted me a copy of their town beach permit, still no valid beach sticker on the Jeep. Luckily the beach ranger didn't stop us. Overall had a great time, just disappointed with the owner's misleading communications. Never had a problem renting through Turo on Island before.

Thank you, Dana, for sharing your experience. Officially, Turo does not allow vehicles to be driven on beaches or sand. We also informed you that we have all the required beach stickers except for Great Point.
