Car was great and Dean was super helpful and accommodating with last minute changes to our plans due to bad weather coming onto the island. Even took the trouble to leave us a little welcome gift! So appreciated and highly recommend!

Andrew, thank you for the nice review. Sometimes getting to Nantucket can be tough logistically as you found out with flight changes/cancellations. We do our best to accommodate our guests in these situations because the changes alone can be stressful enough. Some other rental operators aren’t as accommodating -unfortunately. I would highly recommend renting with Dean and team! We ran into delays getting on island due to weather, but their level of communication and commitment to ensuring we had the best experience was top notch! The vehicle was super easy to get to off the ferry, and with us coming in late and a tired 1 year old, it made our lives so much easier. The vehicle was super clean and as advertised. We’re Jeep owners so it was nice to have access to a similar vehicle. Overall, amazing experience and will be renting with Dean and team next time we’re on island!
