Amy made pick up and drop off a breeze. She responded quick to any questions and was very flexible when we needed to extend our trip.

Amy was amazing! Easy pickup and dropoff. Communication was superb. The only thing that was never mentioned in any review was about the vehicle itself. The 2014 CRV was what you'd expect from a personal 12 year old vehicle. It got from point A to B. The alignment was off, transmission was clunky, and the smell was pungent (a mix of lysol, mold, and wet dog). I wish I spent the similar amount of money on the 2021 CRV or any available vehicle.
