Hello Bryan. You are probably the hundredth person that have issues with the car’s location not being at the airport. It is outside of my control. It’s up to Turo to sign a contract with the AirPort Authorities. I have communicated this information on the day you’ve booked your reservation just like i do with any of my guests.
Please do take the time Nd call or email Turo executives and let them know about your dissatisfaction. Us as turo host have no control over the airport’s delivery

Hey Nicole.
You knew before hand where the vehicle is. You choose to pick it up there. Then i get my rating lowered because even if you knew where the vehicle is you choose to continue with the reservation. Because of this i can lose exposure…
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine

Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
