Car was good. Need better cleaning job and wiring hung from underdashboard which got tangled in your feet when leaving and entering.
Most importantly; didn't not mention that have to uber to pick it up until after booking that I saw. Also charged $10 for refueling charge when there are no gas stations near drop off after i spent an addtional $20 in Lyft fees to get to airport to car drop.

I'll definitely take the note for the cleaning. But I think your assessment of 2 stars is a bit overdramatic. The wires under the dash are for aftermarket lighting and we can do a better job to tuck those away.
The location is not a secret. We are not allowed to deliver to the airport and we do not advertise as such.
It is your responsibility to refuel the car. There is a Walmart gas station 1 mile from our lot. We are happy to refuel for the price of gas. Turo adds that convenience $10 fee
Awesome experience no problems at all would definitely recommend host was great got back quick with any question
