The car had a very audible knocking/rocking sound under the front of the vehicle so distinct that I had to turn the stereo louder in order to ignore the sound….host was however very professional.

I'm terribly sorry about your experience. What you heard turned out to be the sway bar links and we immediately got it repaired. In the future, I would strongly suggest letting your host know there is a problem DURING the trip instead of after the trip. We would have been more than happy to bring you a replacement vehicle immediately if we just would have known there was a problem. I wish we had the opportunity to make things right before reading it in your review.
