The host was great and very communicative with us, but there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in our vehicle. And the air fresheners that were being used to cover it up almost smelled worse. That 2021 Jeep should only be advertised for smokers.

Unfortunately the car came back smelling like smoke the same day that your trip started. We did the best we could to mitigate the smell. I'm terribly sorry for your experience. I wish you would have reached out to me as soon as you picked up the car. I could have gladly switched you into something else. We will have it professionally cleaned now that we have more time between trips.
The car had a very audible knocking/rocking sound under the front of the vehicle so distinct that I had to turn the stereo louder in order to ignore the sound….host was however very professional.

I'm terribly sorry about your experience. What you heard turned out to be the sway bar links and we immediately got it repaired. In the future, I would strongly suggest letting your host know there is a problem DURING the trip instead of after the trip. We would have been more than happy to bring you a replacement vehicle immediately if we just would have known there was a problem. I wish we had the opportunity to make things right before reading it in your review.
