The car had a few issues and the host no help and didn’t wish to give a full refund after we spent money on a Uber to get to the location. The vehicle needs repair.

Melvin had a very strange issue needing the windshield defroster in the middle of summer I am not sure how he managed to fog up the window so much in 90deg but the windshield defroster is fixed now and ready for winter.
We troubleshooted the issue for over an hour with him and offered him a refund to return the car. It seems like he was just fishing for a free refund and to keep driving the car. This is definitely not an option. If the car is not working you can return it and get a refund.
Car was just as described. Pick up and drop off was a breeze!
