For starters if I'm paying 500 dollars for ah rental I expect some good quality the car had damage on the bck driver side and I ask for so.e money they said they had nothing to do with that which is crazy bc y'all saw the damage before I did and instead of giving me another car or some of my money bck they just rinsed the car off and gave it right to me‼️‼️😐😐

You asked for money back, and I explained that you would have to file that request through the app. At that point you stated you would cancel the trip. Next you began cursing and repeatedly mentioning $500. You then asked about another car. When I asked how many you needed to accommodate you began cursing again and hung up. I made multiple attempts to call you back to which you ignored them all. The vehicle in question has all 5 star reviews aside from the lies in your revue.
Easy to pick up only thing we didnt get the code on pickup day and the driver side head light is out
