There was a Smoke smell and car seat was for an older kid not a 9-10 month old.
Thank you for letting me know once again the car was disinfected. All filters were changed , it was given to a professional to steam clean. I do this every so often because unfortunately, there are people that don’t follow the rules and smoke in a vehicle.I address issues as soon as I can. as far as the car seat you were wrong, I sent you pictures. It’s a Costco. It said rear and forward facing. I gave you the instruction booklets on how to hook it in . .
