Thank you again for your outstanding professionalism and excellent customer service throughout this rental experience. I truly enjoyed the 2021 Cadillac XT6. It was a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable ride, and I was very pleased with how well the vehicle performed.
Overall, this was a great experience, and I sincerely appreciate the service you provided. The only minor concerns I noticed were that the vehicle was a dirty inside and out when I picked it up, and the cup holder would not open. However, I completely understand this was a last minute booking, so there may not have been enough time to take care of those details beforehand.
