Great vehicle. Terrible experience with the host returning the vehicle. We agreed on a return place and time. I asked her if possible come early. I had a flight. When I returned the vehicle, she didn’t want her car left in that space. That’s fine. The space didn’t allow parking but it was just a place to meet to handoff the car. She wanted her car parked in a proper space that you have to wait and follow someone to their car to get their space. I later learned she needed it parked because she wouldn’t be there in time and didn’t communicate that. Finally found one and just at the time the car was supposed to be picked up. After several unreplied messages, she was late getting there and i had to leave her car with the key in it for her to lock remotely and wait for her confirmation after messages asking her to send it. If she had told me that she wouldn’t be there , i would have planned differently. And then she added on expenses with no message or explanation and now after years of being on Turo, im having to figure out how to file a dispute.

Hi Reginald, we chatted kindly about the return process, but when you were notified about the expenses, for example the uncharged vehicle when you returned it things hit a Crescendo of upset on your end. I’d like to clarify this situation, like any competing companies, you’d be charged if you did not return the vehicle back with the same amount of charge or gas. You’d be charged for any fees that occur while on your trip. I repeatedly asked you to park it in a safe parking, you refused.
