This was my first time ever using Turo. It was a same day reservation. Very happy with my experience. The booking process was fast and easy. Host was very communicative and the SUV was in new condition. I wanted to extend my reservation but the SUV was already rented out to someone else. The host was very accommodating and recommended another car he had to rent. We switched the cars out at the end of my reservation and I was on my way again. Everything went very smoothly. Will continue to rent from this host moving forward. ☺️
