Car quality was good. Ac worked great. Good communication with host. Not much pick up for big hills, but great gas mileage. Overall, a great experience. Would rent from again.

Car drove well, pick-up and drop-off was easy, and clean inside and out. I am scent sensitive and host let me know a previous guest sprayed cologne on the seat belt. I disinfected the seatbelt and hopefully helps next guest too.

Car smelled bad. Had to return it early and now they are lying about how much gas was in car. Also check engine light was on.

She then returns the car half gas next day And then complained that we reported it to Toro and threatened to give me a bad review. I have screenshots of everything she said and no one has to lie about you returning the car with half gas. we take pictures of everything. did you take pictures of you returning the gas full. of course not . she lies for no reason
