My family and I have been renting with Magdi for a while now, and I would like to say he has been excellent to work with. The communication is always there and services are always great!! Good reliable car. The host was kind. My only complaint was that the back up cam went out, but that is minor compared to the trip.

Aisha paid no attention to instructions given by host. there is no back up camera on that model, and i explained that to Aisha, but she chose not to listen indeed. Violated a couple of Turo policies in place. Not a great experience. Thank you for your business.
The rear view camera wasn't working so it just made it inconvenient but it wasn't a big deal. The Bluetooth also wasn't working which was also inconvenient since I'm on vacation and wanted to enjoy my own music but the radio was fine. The headlights are very dim but it's no problem, I was able to get by without an issue.

Its a big deal that Irving does not understand that it is the LT model, and not the higher model. Bluetooth works well, and the radio as well. headlights are not dim, once more, you can make it not dim. I am sorry Irving had a hard time understanding how this vehicle works. Irving refused to follow instructions from beginning to end. Poor communication. Not a great experience hosting Irving.
