We booked this SUV for a family road trip. Host was great and very communicative and prompt to respond to all our questions. Pick up was easy and convenient.. It was so spacious, clean and such a smooth ride. We really enjoyed it. 5 days into our trip the check engine light came on. But there didn’t seem to be any problems with the car. We were far out of town so it was a little nerve wracking hoping we’d get back home safely but after a day, it turned off and we made it back. The tailgate gave us some trouble but would work after a several attempts at opening. Overall good experience.

The Cadillac was fantastic and exactly what we needed for a family of five to take a trip to Park city it was able to fit five check luggage in addition to two carry-on luggage and a stroller.
