The vehicle was in good shape and he made sure the gas was up to 375 miles but we had 400. When I filled the tank was 420 miles. We made sure that the vehicle was returned back to owner on time. The owner was nice and made sure to community with us.

I purchased a 11am car.
The host called me and said he was busy and couldn't deliver the car until 11:25
I had to uber to meet him, he insisted on giving me the keys in person. I didnt get access til 12:30p.
Host insisted on meeting me in person before handing me the keys. He also prefers to take pictures in person and to see id in person.
He then started talking about a negative review i received by another host all while he is LATE delivering the car.
Car was fine just the initial experience with the host was bad. I dont want to meet you in person, you can do all these things inside the app.
I contacted this person the night before he didn't mention any of this in person stuff.
I wait there more than 20 minutes you don’t answer the phone
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
