Communication needs some work... but Eric is nice and a on the phone talker which is fine. I had to initiate all Communication. He was flexible with pick up, but was late and went to wrong hotel. Alot of little things, not a full tank. They added up to me but still nothing super crazy. Just not how I would do my business model

O carro merecia estar mais bem cuidado. Tinha o parabrisa quebrado de cima ate em baixo e o proprietário deixou ele cheio de objetos pessoais como luvas, munhequeira e folhetos no banco de trás. O funcionamento do carro estava perfeito e ele foi muito atencioso, apenas o estado do carro que poderia melhorar. O para-choque tbm estava descolado.

I was a bit skeptical because there was only 1 rental history on the car. But this car is so great I’m getting myself one! The owner is great too. Very cooperative.
