FIVE STARS ALL AROUND. First of all, let me say the host was fantastic. Greeted me right away... made me feel welcome. Instructions was clear and precise. Full detailed information about the car and service. The pickup was super easy... the car was clean and well-kept. It drove and rode like a charm... all bells and whistles. She was always a text away; and even checked on me just to see how things were going. I mean, the service from Ms. Grace was IMPRECCABLE!! I most certainly will be renting again very soon. ***** Five stars and hearts!!!
