The pickup and drop-off were very easy and was given great instructions including pictures of exact area to pickup. Car had minor cosmetic issues, but ran perfectly and smoothly, has great amenities and got good gas mileage for the size of the vehicle. I would definitely rent this car again if in the area.

Great ride , just the steering wheel need to be tweaked a little bit

The car's quality was okay, except I had no idea about the size of an outlander, and we couldn't pack golf clubs Etc and a fourth person couldn't get in the car because the car was completely full with luggage and other bags. The Host I rate five stars, he accommodated me in thing I asked. The car could use some tender loving care and it's suspension, but I got great gas mileage 28.8 miles per gallon for the total trip.
