Michelle, we apologize for your experience. We strive very hard to make sure every client of ours is satisfied. That being said, just because a vehicle has 150,000 miles does not mean it is mechanically inoperable. We appreciate true feedback to keep our business highly rated, but leaving a review like this for a vehicle that was perfectly fine is very disappointing.
For that reason we cannot let you rent from us again and we hope you refrain from renting 6 year old vehicles in the future.
