Car was a bit old and the shocks seemed a bit shot but it was a good car to get me to my appointments while my car was in the shop. Thanks

No problem Michael! We are glad we could help. We do recommend not renting a 2014 vehicle next time if you are looking for something not old. Our 2014 Ford Escape is indeed old, but it is priced accordingly and you were aware of the year make and model of the vehicle when you booked it. Next time we get you in let’s get you in something newer 😉

Locating the car was super easy, I had no issues accessing the car, I had ease of use and the renter is very communicative and helpful. Most definitely recommend renting from them. The car was very clean and spacious and well kept. 10/10 experience!
