Pickup location was changed last minute, which created some inconvenience.
During the trip, the vehicle had an active check engine light and intermittent starting issues. The host confirmed the car had recently been at a mechanic, but the issue was still present during the rental.
The vehicle remained drivable, but reliability was a concern. For the price, I expected a properly maintained and fully ready vehicle.
I offered a $25 Uber credit for pickup from different locations, but the guest kept requesting a refund due to a check engine light. The car was inspected at a mechanic shop and passed a smoke test, confirming it did not affect drivability.l before his trip.
I had asked the guest to pick up the car from the shop for this reason, but they continued to request a refund throughout the trip for light back on.
Overall, a frustrating experience—I would be cautious renting to this guest again.

We rented this car for my son’s graduation! Let me tell you this was more than we expected! Car drove smoothly, air worked great & gas was extremely helpful! We are truly thankful! We also all fit comfortably!
