Great vehicle . Excellent on gas . Host responded quickly and very helpful.

Great car... the hybrid is a real life-saver if you're going on a long trip. Just be sure to use the "Eco" mode of the car and drive smart, and we found it could get 35-40 mpg or even more at times. (If you don't drive smart... like if you accelerate really hard or take it out of "eco" mode, it won't.) The only thing we noticed that surprised us a little was all the beeping the car does to remind you of things, which I guess is typical for newer "smarter" cars, but we weren't used to. It wasn't that big a deal, though. All around a great rental.

The vehicle was beautifully detailed upon pick up, no issues there. I followed the directions and tried to get the code for the lockbox for the car key but wasn’t getting a response. Luckily his son showed up and got ahold of him for me, he ended up stuck at work and wasn’t there for pick up like originally planned.
The car drove fine, everything was good with it. I removed a star because of the gas mileage. I specifically chose this vehicle because it was a hybrid and wanted to save on gas (plus it offered unlimited miles, huge need for us because we went from WI to FL!) but I would have spent less in gas if I took my own much larger SUV on the trip instead. I did contact the owner because the hybrid battery showed it was not maintaining charge while we were driving, so it was using more gas to keep up.
Again, not the fault of the owner. It is a 2023 with 160k miles on it so it may just need looked at. But it was incredibly disappointing that we had to stop and fuel up so often seeing as we should have been able to make it on 2-2.5 tanks of gas. It probably took us about 6 to make it one way. I just wish I would have rented a much larger vehicle if I knew we were going to spend that much money in gas.

I have no clue what is your driving style and how many people was in a car and how many luggage.
There is no light indicator saying something’s wrong with the car specially with a hybrid system.
