We recently booked this 7-seater for a family trip to New York City with our three teen children, and it was the perfect choice for our journey. Great car... the hybrid is a real life-saver if you're going on a long trip. Just be sure to use the "Eco" mode of the car and drive smart, and we found it could get 35-40 mpg or even more at times. (If you don't drive smart... like if you accelerate really hard or take it out of "eco" mode, it won't.) The only thing we noticed that surprised us a little was all the beeping the car does to remind you of things, which I guess is typical for newer "smarter" cars, but we weren't used to. It wasn't that big a deal, though. All around a great rental.
