Vehicle is brand new so no notes. It was stupendous. Communication and key hand-off with Jeanette was seamless. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from again.

I was a little surprised to read that you mentioned there wasn't much communication, since we spoke on the phone and I also sent you the instructions via text message. Additionally, the parking ticket was not left inside the vehicle.
