The car was great on gas and a smooth ride it had a couple scars and dings but minor the host was great and responded right away when I had any questions or concerns I would definitely rent again.

I’m writing to formally document several safety and mechanical issues with the vehicle that occurred during my trip, despite an otherwise smooth pickup. The A/C was not functioning properly, making the cabin uncomfortably hot and affecting driver comfort and focus. The front headlight was inoperative, which forced me to limit driving to daylight hours only; operating the vehicle at night would have been unsafe and potentially illegal. Most critically, the car intermittently failed to accelerate correctly when pressing the gas pedal, creating a clear safety hazard in traffic.
These are pre‑existing mechanical and safety defects, not damage caused by my use. I did not modify, misuse, or neglect the vehicle, and I operated it cautiously under the constraints these issues imposed. Please confirm how you intend to address these safety concerns and any appropriate adjustment or refund for the reduced usability and added risk. I’m happy to provide timestamps, photos, and any additional details needed.

I take vehicle safety seriously. I want to clarify that the vehicle does not have any of the mechanical or safety issues alleged in this review, and none were reported during the guest’s two-day trip.
Upon return, I discovered damage to the body of the vehicle and filed a claim. These allegations were raised only afterward, near the end of the review period. I respectfully dispute these claims and have photos, messages, and documentation supporting the vehicle’s condition and timeline.
