The communication started off a little rude when it was time to pickup the car because I’m new with the different pickup lots at RDU because I normally use Enterprise. However, the 2 gentleman that dropped the vehicle off is what turned this review to positive. They were so nice and helpful. They even apologized for the tone of the administration. Another positive was the communication stayed positive and helpful!! Overall the one miscommunication issue was fixed and the trip turned out amazing. The vehicle was nice as well. I’m glad I stumbled across them and will definitely use them again.
